OSHA Form 300A Reminder, 02/19/2010
Remember that from February 1 through April 30, 2010, employers must complete and post a summary of the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during 2009. Employers are only required to display the OSHA Form 300A not the OSHA 300 log. The Form 300A summary should be posted in a visible location so that employees are aware of injuries and illnesses that occur in their workplace.
